Patriot Process Services believes in efficiency and communication. We maintain every process and piece of information electronically and provide our clients with status updates and notification to keep them in the loop. When your legal documents have been served, you will receive email notification and then your notarized proof of service will be physically mailed or delivered by courier to your office.
Although training is not mandatory for process servers in Virginia, many of us at Patriot are current or past certified Civil Process Servers through the Virginia’s Department of Criminal Justice Services. We keep up with current laws, rules, best practices, and new technologies to ensure legal and efficient service of process every time.
As a part of routine service, we provide 3 service attempts and no additional mileage costs. We specialize in finding difficult recipients and serving evasive people. If you are in a hurry, we will make a first attempt the same day or within 24 hours for an additional cost.
